Francis has over 10 years' experience in the event industry, where he has evolved in design as well as team and site management. In 2020, in the context of the pandemic, he turned to digital as a web project manager. Since then, he has continued to evolve as an account manager and then director, developing solid expertise in customer support and the management of complex projects.
As far as customer relations are concerned, Francis is renowned for his ability to "get it right" and for his frank, direct and transparent approach. He has never met a difficult customer, only a challenge to decode.
