Are you considering implementing HubSpot in order to be equipped in terms of CRM, marketing automations, or sales? HubSpot’s tools are extremely powerful and efficient, but you have to know how to use them properly. The term onboarding (implementation) is used by HubSpot to talk about the configuration, planning, and training required in order to use the platform correctly.

As HubSpot Elite solution partners, we have completed a very high number of onboardings and have developed a rigorous and efficient method. We adjust each onboarding according to our clients’ reality (longer or shorter, more or less training, etc.). We have developed 3 different types of implementations that our advisors will be happy to explain.

Configuration

In some of our 3 types of implementations we take care of the technical configuration of your HubSpot account. You therefore don’t have to worry about DNS issues, subdomains, creating rights of access, and all those things that seem very complex in the beginning and that basically never need to be done again. We will even add basic templates to your account so you will be ready to use your tools as quickly as possible. According to the packages, our basic templates are the following: Blog, Blog Articles, Newsletters, and Landing Pages.

Strategy

In some of our 3 types of implementations we add value to our approach with strategy sessions according to your strategic issues. A good onboarding should lead you to strategic reflections or, if your strategy is complete, allow you to connect it more efficiently with your tools. It is extremely important to understand how to translate your strategy into concrete actions on HubSpot, otherwise you will never harness the platform’s full potential. Do you know your personas and their Buyer’s Journey? What type of content are they looking for when they are at the consideration stage? What is their primary motivation? All of these answers will guide you in your use of HubSpot.
